ในที่สุดรายละเอียดของการฟ้องร้องก็ออกมา และไม่ใช่สิทธิบัตร 4 ใบ เท่านั้น ครั้งนี้ Apple ได้ฟ้องศาลแคลิฟอร์เนียว่า Samsung ได้ละเมิดสิทธิบัตรถึง 8 ใบ และไม่ใช่แค่บนโทรศัพท์ Galaxy Nexus อย่างที่เป็นข่าวครั้งแรก แต่จะมีผลกับอุปกรณ์ของ Samsung ถึง 17 รายการ ซึ่งรวมถึง Samsung Galaxy S II ทุกรุ่น, Galaxy Player 4.0, Galaxy Player 5.0, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, และ Galaxy Tab 8.9

ถ้าศาลแคลิฟอร์เนียเกิดตัดสินให้ระงับการขายขึ้นมา สินค้าเหล่านี้ก็จะถูกกวาดลงจากชั้นวางทั่วอเมริกา

7. Asynchronous data synchronization amongst device
8. Universal interface for retrieval of information in a computer system
