LINE ยืนยันว่าไม่มีการส่งมอบข้อมูลใดๆ ให้รัฐบาล ไม่ว่าจะเป็นข้อมูลแชต หรือข้อมูลอื่นๆ อย่างไรก็ดี กระบวนการร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานรักษากฎหมายนั้นเป็นไปตามกฎหมายในแต่ละประเทศที่ LINE ดำเนินการ
